居所作为物质环境的庇身之处，随着物质充沛和技术发展，硬件上的差距逐渐缩小，而其所属的精神气场这个软性特质，越来越成为择居的关键要素。

佛山三水，因荷花世界而被熟知的城市。适宜的气候、三江汇聚的平原，丰饶的鱼米滋养着一代代人。该项目是本土开发的售楼中心，尽管周边品牌楼盘林立，但此楼盘清晰定位为打造适合年轻人的刚需盘。因此，一个能展现楼盘特色和品质，又能与年轻人产生共鸣的空间，是最优切入点。设计师从当地自然地域特色中汲取设计概念，打造白荷主题空间，通过烘托荷的精神气质隐喻楼盘的特色和品质内涵。不仅是实现销售功能，更重要的是让纯净的精神气场在空间流淌，并能与年轻人产生情感上的互动。

Foshan Sanshui, a city known for its lotus world. The suitable climate, the plains where the three rivers converge, and the abundant fish and rice nourish generations of people. This project is a local development sales center. Although there are many branded real estates in the surrounding area, this real estate is clearly positioned to create a rigid demand for young people. Therefore, a space that can show the characteristics and quality of real estate and resonate with young people is the best entry point. The designer derives the design concept from the local natural and regional characteristics, and creates a white lotus theme space, which embodies the characteristics and quality connotation of the real estate by emphasizing the spiritual temperament of lotus. It is not only to realize the sales function, but more importantly, to allow the pureness to flow in the space and to have an emotional interaction with young people.

构 . 建

Construction

构其形——弧、观其态——聚、离，探究对荷花不一样的发现。设计师通过构建不同的形态来营造纯净的氛围，就空间体验而言，情感会因感官冲击而引发，或是强烈的对比，或是极致的纯粹。

Construct an arc from the shape of the lotus, observe its posture, and explore the different findings of the lotus. The designer creates a pure atmosphere by constructing different forms. As far as the space experience is concerned, emotion will be triggered by sensory impact, either a strong contrast or the ultimate purity.

弧形、白色，纯粹的形和色，构建起空间的构架，以一种柔曲的姿态，让人留以深刻印象。洁白的弧形体块似白荷，泥色地面和木饰天花，让人仿若置身于雨后的荷花池，清新之感扑面而来。又如君子身上那股干净正直的气节，给人以强烈的感染力。

The arches, pure shapes and colors, built up a framework, with a soft and white posture, leave a deep impression on people. The white curved body resembles a white lotus, and the mud-colored floor and wooden ceiling make people feel like they are in a lotus pond after the rain, with a fresh feeling. It is also like the clean and upright integrity of a gentleman, which gives people a strong appeal.

Scattered curved walls build a place for the soul

以无序构建有序，设计师运用弧形作墙，不规则的间隔，使平淡的空间因在不同曲度间的流转，而变得立体、生动。

To build order with disorder, the designer uses arcs as walls and irregular intervals, so that the plain space becomes three-dimensional and vivid due to the circulation between different curvatures.

Warm material creates the temperature of the home

以前厅为中心，弧形墙向左右两侧无序分落于空间。就犹随风离落的花瓣，每一片都各有归处。

The front hall is the center, and the arc-shaped wall is divided into the space in disorder to the left and right sides. Like petals that fall with the wind, each piece has its own place.

巨大的弧形墙体，似聚拢或离散，无序可循，游走其形，以流动的形态串联起整个空间。于无序中构建出各个功能区的秩序，同时表现了空间不同维度的张力。看似无序的局部却有着内在的关联。片片局部静态的“花瓣”组成整体“荷花”散落时的动态，静中含动，奇妙无比。

The huge arc-shaped wall seems to be gathered or scattered, chaotically, and walks around its shape, connecting the entire space in a flowing form. It constructs the order of various functional areas in disorder, and at the same time expresses the tension of different dimensions of space. The seemingly disorderly parts are inherently related. Pieces of partially static "petals" make up the dynamics of the overall "lotus" when it is scattered, and the static contains movement, which is incomparably wonderful.

The light and architecture

 

光，是空间的灵魂。当两层空间的光相互连接，光变成了空间互动的导引，带动其它空间元素间的互动。

Light is the soul of space. When the light in the two spaces is connected to each other, the light becomes a guide for spatial interaction, driving the interaction between other spatial elements.

打通楼板，以建筑手法再筑空间之间的形态，赋予空间与空间之间更多的对话与互动。

Open up the floor and rebuild the form between spaces with architectural techniques, giving more dialogue and interaction between space and space.

 

沙盘、水吧、洽谈区的楼板被打通，两层的自然光线相互影响，又与空间、时间、人产生关系。

The floor of the sand table, water bar and negotiation area is opened, and the natural light of the two layers affects each other, and it is related to space, time and people.

没有了隔阻，声音自由通过，抬头即可与二层样板房区域互动。强互动性的建筑感空间，更契合年轻的特性，也更容易给年轻业主留下深刻的体验感觉。

Without barrier, sound freely, look up can interact with the second-floor model room area. Strong interactive architectural sense space, more in line with the young characteristics, and easier to leave a deep experience for young owners.

艺 . 术

The Art

坚持地域性传统文化的特色，通过与现代时尚的融合，跨越时光，形成焕发特有气质的空间。

Adhere to the characteristics of regional traditional culture, and through the integration with modern fashion, span time and form a space that glows with unique temperament.

△装置艺术

Installation art

于具体物象荷花中，抽取其静态时的弧形花瓣，及其聚拢、离散的状态，用艺术手法在空间呈现。恍若置身洁白的花瓣之间，领略跳出常规观赏带来的别样感受。

弧形工艺的力量美学、素色的艺术漆，用光刻画出花瓣肌理，留下了自然的温度；原木色天花，仿古砖地面呈现自然刚直的神韵。又塑“出淤泥而不染”的意境。弧也是水的曲线，随着“弯弯的曲流”在空间延展，水乡那水流的生动感也渐渐弥漫开。

From the concrete object like lotus, extract its static curved petals, and their gathered and discrete states, which are presented in space with artistic techniques. Feeling like you are in between the white petals, and you can appreciate the special feelings that come out of regular viewing. The power aesthetics of the curved craftsmanship and the plain artistic paint use light to depict the texture of the petals, leaving a natural temperature; the wood-colored ceiling and the antique brick floor present a natural and straightforward charm. It also creates the artistic conception of "out of the silt but not stained". The arc is also the curve of water. As the curve spreads in space, The vividness of the water flow gradually diffused.

The ceiling art installation shows the local culture

天花悬挂的艺术装置，网住了色彩斑斓的余晖，映像了地域生活文化，展现“渔舟满载，渔人唱晚”的愉悦之境。不同空间的光相互交融，似舞者，把晨光、晚霞、月色都跃然於空间的花瓣之间。

The art installation hanging from the ceiling nets the colorful afterglows, reflects the local life and culture, and shows the joyful state of "the fishing boat is full and the fisherman sings at the night". The light in different spaces blends with each other, like a dancer, leaping into the petals of the space in the morning light, sunset glow, and moonlight.
